We include prints in our packages so you don’t have to stress about what and where to print your images.

Even with 16 years experience, I am constantly investing in additional training and education.

What safety and kid friendly processes do you have for sessions?

Newborn sessions include a trained assistant to ensure the safety of your baby during the whole session.

We wear face coverings, wash hands, remove shoes in the studio, limit one session per day, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, props and fabrics.

I use a natural and playful approach, so your kids are having a ball playing, while I capture their genuine smiles and personality.

When should I schedule my baby’s pictures? I’m nervous about picking a date before my baby arrives. What if my baby is born early or late?

It is best to call the studio when you are 20-30 weeks along but we never turn anyone away because their newborn is “too old.”

We limit the number of clients we accept, so we are able to schedule two dates for your newborn session. Once your baby is here, we proceed with the best date for ideal newborn sleepiness.

We are available for sessions on weekdays between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. We book newborn sessions at 9:00 am and schedule them based on your due date.

What exactly is a sitting fee and why is it there?

Your sitting fee is due at the time of booking and formally books your portrait appointment.

It covers the time and talent of your photographer on the day of the session, any planning/ consultations leading up to your session, post-session processing, preparation of your images and a private viewing/ordering appointment at our studio.

Digital images, prints, or products are purchased separately after you view your images.

If the session needs to be rescheduled due to illness, please call us within 24 hours and you will NOT forfeit your session fee.

What kind of investment do most families make?

There are 4 different packages to choose from. Some collections include high resolution digital images, prints, and gorgeous wall art.

Collections begin at $299.

Most families invest anywhere from $500 to $1500 on their session and artwork. However, everyone’s needs are different – some spend a little more and some spend less.

Why can it be so expensive?

Exceptional newborn photography takes an enormous amount of time, talent, and training. We use specialized equipment, quality products, hand crafted outfits, and specially curated props. All of these are not only a large initial investment for the studio, they also require maintenance and updating.

When making any purchase, you have the choice of discount stores, department stores, or boutiques and the products and services they each provide differ greatly. I provide the highest level of newborn safety, gorgeous images, fine art products, and remarkable service. One of the best complements I get is, "It is an investment but so worth it!"

Can I get digital images?

Yes! Several of our print packages include them, but you can also add them to any print package. All images you order are posted on social media, so you can easily share them with friends and family.

What can I expect when I work with you?

A stress-free session, so you can focus on what is really important: experiencing these moments with your baby.

Before your session:

We will start with a design and planning consultation: We will discuss your style, what images from our website that you are drawn to, and I’ll answer any questions you have.

During your session:

Everything we discussed in your planning consultation will be laid out and ready for you. Showing up is all you have to do.

You will have access to the studio wardrobe with everything your baby needs for their photo session. If you forget diapers and wipes, I have that covered too.

The studio is the perfect place to relax and soak up everything about this special experience. The only thing you will be anxious about is excitedly waiting to see your beautiful photos!

After your session:

Once your favorite images are selected at your order session, our team will help you choose the best way to bring your images to life with beautiful heirloom products.

Is there anything you suggest to make things go smoother?

Keep it simple. It’s easy to get overwhelmed. Your baby will feed off your energy, so do your best to just be happy and peaceful. We will do all the rest.

For a newborn, bring baby in a sleeper that zips or snaps up the front, so I don’t have to pull anything over their head.

Either feed baby right before you leave or right when you arrive at the studio. Whichever is more convenient/ best for your schedule. A full belly plus a tired baby usually means a sleeping baby.

For an older baby or child, choose a happy time that doesn’t line up with a feeding or nap.

For older kids, practice discovering silly things you can do to get a laugh or smile out of them so you can use it for your session.

Do you only shoot in your studio or could we choose an outdoor location?

You can choose an indoor studio session or an outdoor studio session for beautiful scenes all in one place. We also can travel to locations. Travel quotes available upon request.

Can I include my older children or family with my newborn’s session?

Yes, family and sibling poses are included in a newborn session without any added fees.

What should we wear?

What you wear sets the tone of your pictures. Choose clothing that is simple in color and pattern so it doesn't compete with your baby.

We are here to help guide you through every step of the process, including choosing outfits. We also give you full access to our client wardrobe which includes a multitude of baby and child clothes as well as several gowns for mom.

How long does it take to get the images back so I can share them?

Your order session (where you will see your images for the first time) will be scheduled within 5-10 days and is currently held via face time.

At that appointment you make all of your selections, pay for them, and then we can share a sneak peek for your family and friends. We will have your finished print order about 2 weeks later.

How do I know if we are the perfect fit?
